Directional Drilling

Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) commonly referred to as directional boring is a technique of installing subsurface pipelines, cables, and utility conduits without trenches or other excavation. Using a directional drill rig, it is possible to precisely drill along the desired bore path and back ream the necessary pipe to meet the utilities or telecommunications placement specifications.

Here at Triple J Construction & Utilities, We strive to complete your projects in a timely manner, while keeping safety our #1 priority. We have successfully completed 1000's of road bores throughout the state of Florida for street lighting, primary power, sewer mains & services, water mains & services, gas lines, irrigation, and sleeves for future projects. We always do our due diligence before work commences to avoid striking existing utilities by calling 811, ground penetrating radar, and spot digging any and all utilities in the vicinity. Directional boring has had a significant increase in demand, more so than jack and bore as well as auger boring due to it's ability to avoid large excavations and minimize sod and landscaping restoration efforts.
